Absolutely. Therapy is vulnerable, especially if you’re used to holding it all together. Many of my clients say they almost didn’t reach out — but are glad they did. You don’t have to show up perfectly. You just have to show up.

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll look at scheduling options right away — sometimes as soon as the following week. I only take a limited number of clients to make sure you get the focus and care you deserve.

That’s okay. Sometimes the first step is just gathering information. If you’re not ready to book, you can still reach out with questions. There’s no rush or pressure — therapy is on your timeline.
