Heal at the root. Break the cycle. Reclaim your story.
Online EMDR Therapy
Access your brain's natural ability to heal with an EMDRIA certified EMDR Therapist. Go beyond just talking about the problem.
You’ve done all the right things—worked hard, pushed through, stayed strong.
But there are parts of you still living in the past.
Old memories that get triggered. Anxiety that you can’t shake. Patterns that make you feel stuck.
Even when life looks good on the outside, your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.
What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps you heal from trauma and distressing experiences—without needing to retell your story over and over. It works by helping your brain reprocess stuck memories so they’re no longer emotionally triggering. What once felt overwhelming becomes something you can remember without reliving. EMDR is for you if:
You’re tired of always being “on guard” or second-guessing yourself
You keep repeating relationship patterns you intellectually understand, but can’t seem to change
You feel hijacked by memories, body sensations, or fears that don’t match your present
Talk therapy alone hasn’t helped you feel the deep, embodied healing you crave
My Approach to EMDR
As an Asian American therapist, I approach EMDR with cultural humility, trauma awareness, and deep respect for your pace and identity.
I incorporate EMDR into weekly sessions—or offer EMDR intensives for those who want deeper, focused healing without the stop-start of weekly therapy.
Work with an EMDR Certified Therapist
Many therapists receive basic EMDR training, but I’ve gone beyond the basics. I’m an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, which means I’ve completed advanced consultation, met rigorous clinical standards, and invested in extensive experience and time using EMDR to help clients heal safely and effectively.
Why does this matter? Because trauma work is delicate. EMDR isn’t just a technique — it’s a whole system of care. As a certified provider, I’m equipped to navigate the complex layers that can surface in EMDR: from early attachment wounds and identity-based trauma to intergenerational burdens and deep-rooted beliefs that no longer serve you. You deserve trauma therapy from someone who’s not only trained, but deeply skilled, attuned, and fully invested in your healing.
You’ll be safely guided through:
Resourcing and stabilization (so you feel grounded and supported)
Targeting the memories or beliefs causing distress today
Processing those memories using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping)
Integrating new beliefs that feel true and empowering

Research indicates that you can see the benefits of EMDR much faster than you normally would for regular talk therapy, and that online EMDR therapy can be just as effective as in-person EMDR sessions. Over 30 research studies have been conducted on EMDR that suggested that EMDR is effective in treating trauma. One research study has found that after just three 90-minute EMDR sessions, 84%-90% of single-trauma survivors no meet criteria for PTSD. A Kaiser Permanente study revealed that six 50-minute EMDR sessions resulted in 100% of single-trauma survivors and 77% of those with multiple traumas to be PTSD-free. Even combat veterans found relief in 12 sessions, with 77% walking away from PTSD.
While EMDR can be highly effective, certain challenges like complex trauma, childhood trauma, dissociation, and difficulty with emotion regulation may require more time and consideration in the EMDR process.
