MEET THUY

You don’t need to be told to work harder. You need space to breathe.

I help high-achieving Asian Americans and LGBTQ+ professionals invest in what really matters - themselves.

My mission is to help marginalized communities feel understood and supported as they learn how to build healthy relationships - with themselves, their loved ones, and their communities - rooted in love, trust, and resilience.

My Story as an Asian American Therapist in California

I (she/her/hers) was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the U.S. when I was four years old. I hold many different identities: bisexual, femme, queer, a woman, a person of color, and the eldest child of immigrant parents. My own lived experiences with generational trauma and personal healing brought me to becoming a therapist. I’m a former overachiever and recovering perfectionist who finally realized that healing isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing it differently. I bring cultural nuance, lived experience, and deep care into the room. I take care of myself by going to therapy, cooking, listening to music, cuddling with my dog, spending time with loved ones, and traveling. I value authenticity and bring that into my work as a therapist by fostering open and honest communication.
